NCN 2023

Motel One Brussels (Koningsstraat 120) is conveniently located within the Brussels pentagon and is also the largest hotel in the country. We can offer our participants 80 rooms – 10 with view on the garden -  in this advantageous design hotel. The hotel is less than 500 m from the Brussels Central Station and 200 m from the metro station ‘Park’. Be quick, once the provided rooms are booked or the cut-off date is reached (August 25 -> prolonged September 8), the price and availability is no longer guaranteed.

All rooms at Motel One are provided with double beds, so a room with 2 single beds is not possible.

Prices per night (October 6 and/or 7) including city-tax (€4,24 per room per night), without breakfast:

• €113,24 double: double bed for 2 persons (€56,62 pp per night)
• €93,24 single use double: double bed for 1 person (€93,24 pp per night)
• €123,24 double - garden view: double bed for 2 persons (€61,62 pp per night)
• €103,24 single use double - garden view: double bed for 1 person (€103,24 pp per night)
• Cancellation free of charge until 6pm on the day of arrival. Check-in from 15h, check-out until 12h
• Form to book will be sent after registration for your NCN ticket

If it may be one star more, just 9 minutes on foot from the Warande Park, you can stay at the Thon Hotel EU (Wetstraat 75). The hotel is located right by metrostation Maalbeek. We have an option on 50 rooms until August 24, and a limited number of the remaining rooms in the following 2 weeks .

There are 25 doubles and 25 twins available. Again, gone is gone, don't wait too long to book, especially given the good cancellation policy!

• €154,24 Classic room double: 1 queensize bed (2 persons: €77,12 pp per night), same rate for single use

We are convinced that the hotels we have selected are the best choice in terms of price and location. However, if you want an even more budget-friendly option, there is also a youth hostel within walking distance: Jacques Brel Youth Hostel. Whichever option you prefer, book as early as possible to ensure an affordable solution. Of course, it is also possible to use your JCI network for home hospitality.

Don't forget: just about everywhere in the Brussels-Capital Region you have to pay to park until 9 p.m., including at the Atomium.
